Before attempting to join, submit a ticket with modmail in order to obtain your minecraft role. This is required to gain access. Here are the instructions to use modmail:
- Open server member list,
- Click on ModMail bot,
- Direct message ModMail with a message asking for a minecraft role. Include your minecraft username in the message.
- Use reaction prompts provided to choose the appropriate server to send the message to.
Upon receiving your role, follow the instructions below to connect, based on your platform. The first time you enter, it will deny you. This is normal. It will direct you to go to the discord and use a command starting with /link and a code. Go to the #minecraft-linking channel and use the command provided in the minecraft error message to connect your accounts. Once linked, reconnect.
